Begin your gastronomic journey with a complimentary daily selection of house-made fresh bread paired with organic extra virgin oil & balsamic vinegar. Diners who love the flavours can also take home & indulge in these artisanal loaves any time of the day in the comfort of your home!

To complement & elevate the flavours of your meal, take your pick from the condiments cart which offers an array of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, truffle sea salt served tableside. Love extra cheese? Diners can request for freshly grated cheese for your pasta or pizza.

For pasta lovers, indulge in a selection of homemade pasta prepared à la minute & done al dente at the show kitchen by the skillful culinary team. A healthier option which doesn’t compromise on taste is the fettuccine ai gamberoni ($28); homemade spinach fettuccine served with prawns, cherry tomatoes & white wine.

For diners who adore the flavours & texture of Grissini’s josper-grilled signatures, indulge in a sumptuous selection of premium meats & seafood that is grilled and smoked with apple wood in the Josper oven.

The tomahawk steak (1-1.4kg, $188 per kg) is an extravagant treat that is perfect for sharing. A premium cut of beef, the perfectly marbled Australian Tajima Wagyu MS 5 is more than just visually satisfying; the tenderness & succulence of the meat promises a hearty meal.

Miss being on vacation? Take a quick trip to an Italian seaside town with the cacciucco alla livornese ($38), a Livornese-style seafood pot. A harmonious symphony of the ocean’s freshest catch served with your choice of housemade focaccia or homemade pasta. Seal your dining experience on a dramatic note with the 64% chocolate mousse in chocolate sphere ($26 serves two persons). A delight for the senses to watch the hot dark chocolate sauce being poured over while the sphere melts down to a decadent pool of chocolate complemented with the refreshing red fruit compote.
